Each offer includes a “Book Now” link that will take you to my booking form or calendar. Simply select your service, complete the intake form, and submit payment to reserve your spot. Once you're confirmed, you'll receive next steps by email.

Absolutely. If you need more than one offer (for example, a Vault Key + Vault Unlock), I recommend booking a VIP Day through my Vault Launch experience for a more custom, bundled option.

Yes! If you choose to move forward with a full custom experience within 30 days, your brand vault payment will be credited toward the total.

Due to the custom nature of design services and the limited number of spots available, all bookings are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your project, you may do so once with 48 hours’ notice. Late content = delayed project.

For most services, I’ll ask for:
Your existing branding (logo, colors, etc.)
Any content, text, or product info you want used
Inspiration or mood direction, if applicable
Once you book, you’ll receive a checklist to guide you.

Yes! Most deliverables come in Canva format or PDF. You’ll receive access to the files and a short note or Loom video explaining how to update your content if needed.

The Brand Vault is designed to be affordable and straightforward. Payment is due in full at booking. If you’re interested in a larger project, payment plans are available for the Vault Launch and custom service options.
