  • Yes! If you need multiple small items or want to discuss a hybrid setup, email me and I’ll create a custom quote.

  • Absolutely. If you decide to move into the Luxe Launch Suite or Luxe Loop, we’ll credit what you’ve paid here toward your full package.

  • Each offer includes a “Book Now” link that will take you to my booking form or calendar. Simply select your service, complete the intake form, and submit payment to reserve your spot. Once you're confirmed, you'll receive next steps by email.

  • Turnaround time varies by service:

    • Strategy Call: Within 48 hours of booking

    • Visual Refresh: 7–10 business days

    • One-Pager Design: 5 business days

    • Promo Pack: 4 business days

    • Website Clean-Up: 7 business days

    Time starts once I’ve received all requested content from you.

  • The Express Edition offers are fixed to keep delivery fast and streamlined—but you can always add upgrades! Just mention it in the booking form or send me an email and I’ll provide a custom quote if it fits the scope.

  • I currently work with Squarespace and Shopify only. If you’re unsure about your platform, feel free to reach out before booking.

  • Absolutely. If you need more than one offer (for example, a Visual Refresh + One-Pager), I recommend booking a VIP Day through my Luxe in a Day experience for a more custom, bundled option.

  • Yes! If you choose to move forward with a full Luxe Launch Suite within 30 days, your Express Edition payment will be credited toward the total.

  • Due to the custom nature of design services and the limited number of spots available, all bookings are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your project, you may do so once with 48 hours’ notice. Late content = delayed project.

  • For most services, I’ll ask for:

    • Your existing branding (logo, colors, etc.)

    • Any content, text, or product info you want used

    • Inspiration or mood direction, if applicable

    Once you book, you’ll receive a checklist to guide you.

  • Yes! Most deliverables come in Canva format or PDF. You’ll receive access to the files and a short note or Loom video explaining how to update your content if needed.

  • The Express Edition is designed to be affordable and straightforward. Payment is due in full at booking. If you’re interested in a larger project, payment plans are available for the Luxe Launch Suite and Luxe in a Day packages.
